Welcome to 3FA
Award-winning London architects HUT specialise in simple, refined designs where ‘the everyday and familiar are re-imagined to produce architecture that delights and surprises.’ Their design for 3FA’s reception area is minimal but modern, open and airy, making the most of the views over Finsbury Avenue Square.
On the ground floor, there’s an events space available for private hire. And to make your morning commute that little bit easier, there are bike racks, showers and fresh towels. And there are also lounges, outdoor terraces and a library where you can work quietly, catch up with colleagues or relax.
The buzz of Broadgate
Over 19 million people visit Broadgate every year, with its mix of innovative shops, restaurants and bars – from craft beers and botanical cocktails to cutting-edge workout spaces and world-class salons. It’s also the epicentre of London’s fintech industry, where the world of cutting-edge finance and technology collide.
With Liverpool Street station next door, nowhere is far. You can be in Heathrow in just over half an hour, Stansted in 45 minutes, Gatwick in just over an hour. And when Crossrail opens, it’ll be just 10 minutes by train to Paddington via Bond Street.
