Storey is a small business within a big business. The team was formed 2016 with a clear vision: to create a new type of office space with a focus on the customer. Working with award winning architects and designers, Storey has created a nimble and innovative alternative to the traditional leases for businesses that need their own private space with built-in flexibility. 

Just like the needs of a business, our brand identity deliberately adapts. It flexes in form, colour, pattern, size and shape. The Storey symbol uses two overlapping shapes as a simple expression of partnership, of working together.

Our close-knit team brings together a diverse range of experience from across the world to deliver Storey work space here in London. We are proud of what we do. And even prouder of who we work with. 

Joff Sharpe
Co-Lead of Storey

Drawing on his track record creating new ventures in big companies, Joff supports our customers’ commercial success – making sure they get the best of Storey and British Land. His international career includes Group HR roles in Europe and the US. A former Special Forces instructor in Borneo, Joff’s also a published author and freelance writer.

James Lowery
Co-Lead of Storey

James brings his expertise in strategy, civil engineering and new venture development to Storey customers. His vision of companies benefiting from flexible workspaces backed by British Land led to the creation of Storey. A chartered engineer with an MBA from London Business School, James has also represented Great Britain in athletics.

Stewart Whiting
Head of Product

With 10 years’ experience creating flexible workplaces and coworking locations, Stewart makes sure Storey spaces and services work brilliantly for customers from day one. Involved in several successful start-ups in London, he understands the fast-changing needs of growing businesses and their teams.

Emma Jaegborn
Customer Account Manager

Happy customers are what motivates Emma, making Storey the perfect next step from her career in international tourism. After hospitality roles on the mountains of Sweden and management in top London hotels, Emma now creates positive moments for Storey customers every day. In her time off, she enjoys returning to the mountains to ski and dog sled.

Steve Munroe
Storey Club

Cofounder of one of the world’s top coworking spaces, Hubud in Bali, and founder of Asia’s premier coworking conference, CU Asia, Steve’s an evangelist for new ways of working and living. A TEDx speaker, Steve’s also spent 10 years managing UN projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and the US.

Ana Castro
Operations Manager

The ultimate organiser, Ana manages and nurtures our local teams to deliver amazing service to customers. Thanks to her insights from over 10 years managing commercial buildings, Ana is usually two steps ahead of what customers need, freeing them to focus on their mission. Originally from Portugal, Ana chose London to build her home and family.

George Chan
Finance & Programme Manager

George knows how important it is for ambitious companies to find the right space, hassle free, so he organises our team to make sure that’s what we deliver. He has an MBA with Distinction from Oxford, Masters from Harvard and a background in strategy, private equity and start-ups. He’s built schools in Africa and now restores period houses.

Emma Padget
Assistant Operations Manager

Emma coordinates activities behind the scenes to make life even easier for customers, so they enjoy being in a dynamic, creative community. With over five years’ property management experience, Emma is a genius at finding solutions before problems even happen. She’s also doing a BSc in real estate and is a keen Instagrammer of London views.

Luke Kelly
Development Executive

Luke leads on delivering exciting new Storey locations for customers. He works with award winning architects and designers to take workspaces from the drawing board to reality. Luke’s delivered multi-million-pound projects during his decade in property and is a chartered surveyor. He’s also a keen sportsman, often cycling and playing football.

Hannah Alden

Hannah’s there for customers at every point in their leasing journey – from early conversations, to their move in and later if they want to flex their space. She joined us from British Land’s graduate scheme for exceptional talent. Hannah previously worked with property agents and developers and holds a Masters from Henley Business School.

Oli Dobson

Oli’s the one who has the very first conversations with customers. A charterered surveyor with 9 years central London leasing experience, he's passionate about finding them the best space for their business. Oli enjoys snowboarding in Jackson Hole, paragliding in Guatemala and going to Glastonbury Festival, when he's closer to home.

Vaida Gabrionyte
Head Community Manager

With a wealth of experience in hospitality, fashion, health and beauty, Vaida’s main aim is to get to know each customer and tailor her service to perfectly suit their needs and standards. She delights in new experiences – whether studying psychology and sports massage, ballroom dancing, volunteering at the London Olympics or hiking in the hills.

Alex Clemente
Business Analyst

Alex scans the market, so we understand customers’ fast-changing needs. Having worked in strategy and analytics for tech and property firms in Europe and the US, Alex’s analysis and commercial acumen now benefit Storey customers, as his insights influence our decision making. He’s an Imperial College graduate, global adventurer and musician.

Federico Ruiz Boronat
Community Manager

Federico focuses on delighting customers at 2FA, working closely with them to understand their goals. He takes care of quality on everything from receptionist welcomes to tiptop maintenance and community events. Fluent in three languages, Federico’s hospitality career spans Buenos Aires, Athens and London. He finds inspiration on outdoor hikes.

Byron Carmona
Community Manager

Byron takes care of everything (and everyone!) at Appold Studios and 2FA. Hosting tours and events, looking after safety and wellbeing, managing the local team and answering – or even anticipating – customer requests. Byron’s also a qualified sound engineer, records as a bass player, is trained in instrument making and speaks three languages.

Community Manager

Manon has an eagle eye for how to improve situations and make life even better for customers at 338 Euston Road. Manon has a gift for listening to people and finding solutions. And always with a smile.

Amy Reid
Finance Business Partner

Amy’s our guru of financial information, making everything understandable and accurate, which frees up our time to focus on customers.  A chartered accountant, Amy’s spent 10+ years across different areas of finance, including assurance, reporting, tax and business partnering. She’s also trustee for a charity that supports young parents.

Charlotte Gilliland
Community Manager

Charlotte makes things happen for her customers: leading tours, connecting with local partners and charities, arranging events, managing health & safety and sustainability. Charlotte is on hand to help you find solutions. During her 20+ year career, she’s also appeared on TV, nannied in the US and welcomed Richard Gere straight off Concorde.

Julian Denbury
Technology Manager

Julian relishes using technology to improve customer experience and productivity. An Agile enthusiast with 20 years in PropTech, and an expert in large connectivity, infrastructure and user focused software development projects. He's the brains behind features like our super-super-fast, secure WiFi. He’s also an adrenaline fuelled mountain biker.

Sarah Coleman
Sales support

Sarah supports the Sales team and has over 5 years experience working in London office leasing, She studied Psychology at the University of Leeds and is a keen traveller often visiting cities all over Europe. Giving her plenty of time to keep up with the latest reading from her book club. 



Vanisha Sham
Community Manager

Putting the customer first runs in Vanisha's family. She started helping her Mum, a Hotel Manager, at 10 years old and hasn’t looked back. Vanisha looks after Storey customers at 3FA and has both professional qualifications and extensive experience in the customer service industry but has also worked as a diamond grader in Hatton Garden.

Ella Parker
Project Coordinator

Ella started her career in fashion production but after an early-life crisis she began working within construction and property. Sustainability is one of Ella's passions and she is now Prince2 qualified and works with developers and designers to deliver fantastic Storey locations. Whilst also studying for an HNC in Construction.
