Our close-knit team brings together a diverse range of experience from across the world to deliver Storey workspace here in London. We are proud of what we do. And even prouder of who we work with.
Hannah’s there for customers at every point in their leasing journey – from early conversations, to their move in and later if they want to flex their space. She joined us from British Land’s graduate scheme for exceptional talent. Hannah previously worked with property agents and developers and holds a Masters from Henley Business School.
Luke leads on delivering exciting new Storey locations for customers. He works with award winning architects and designers to take workspaces from the drawing board to reality. Luke’s delivered multi-million-pound projects during his decade in property and is a chartered surveyor. He’s also a keen sportsman, often cycling and playing football.
Kate is our customers go-to! After studying law at Brunel University Kate's career led down a different path and she turned her focus towards the customer and their office experience. Passionate about delivering well-being, diversity, and inclusion she works hard to ensure our customers have the best experience at Storey. When not in the office you’ll find Kate either in the gym or dining out. It’s all about balance!
Ella started her career in fashion production but after an early-life crisis she began working within construction and property. Sustainability is one of Ella's passions and she is now Prince2 qualified and works with developers and designers to deliver fantastic Storey locations. Whilst also studying for an HNC in Construction.
Julian relishes using technology to improve customer experience and productivity. An Agile enthusiast with 20 years in PropTech, and an expert in large connectivity, infrastructure and user focused software development projects. He's the brains behind features like our super-super-fast, secure WiFi. He’s also an adrenaline fuelled mountain biker.
Sarah supports the sales team and has over 5 years experience working in the London office team, she studied Psychology at the University of Leeds and is a keen traveller often visiting cities all over Europe. And when Sarah's not in far flung destinations she enjoys hosting her book club.
Amy’s our guru of financial information, making everything understandable and accurate, which frees up our time to focus on customers. A chartered accountant, Amy’s spent 10+ years across different areas of finance, including assurance, reporting, tax and business partnering. She’s also trustee for a charity that supports young parents.
With over 20 years client accounting experience Anthe is a pro at making financial processes as seamless as possible, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. This is backed up by strong systems knowledge and excellent communication skills. Anthe has a creative side too, making jewellery, enjoying music and appreciating architecture in her spare time.
Chloe has spent 7 years in customer service roles and relishes the chance to build relationships with customers. Known as chief organiser both inside and outside of work, Chloe is always on the look out for the next event to organise. In her spare time Chloe enjoys adrenaline-filled sports.
Sarah works together with our architects and design specialists to create personalised and productive work environments for our Storey customers. With a BA degree in Interior Design and her work taking her as far as New Zealand, Sarah is involved in all stages of developing a new Storey location with a focus on developing the best customer experience. When not at work Sarah is renovating her house, a never-ending project.
Putting the customer first runs in Vanisha's family. She started helping her Mum, a Hotel Manager, at 10 years old and hasn’t looked back. Vanisha’s hospitality experience means she goes the extra mile for Storey customers and this is backed up by her professional qualifications. As well as her extensive experience in the customer service industry, Vanisha has also worked as a diamond grader in Hatton Garden.
Darren’s favourite expression is “no problem”. This sums up his approach to delivering a seamless customer experience, as he always strives to find a solution. Having completed a post grad qualification in IT, and with 10 years’ experience of working with luxury hospitality brands, Darren comes with a wealth of knowledge and a track record of delivering great customer experiences.
Manon has an eagle eye for how to improve situations and make life even better for customers. Manon has a gift for listening to people and finding solutions. And always with a smile.
Dulce’s passion is to go above and beyond customers’ expectations and no matter how big the challenge, she’s always ready to find the best solution with her positive and energetic flair. Another one of Ducle’s passion is ‘Azulejeria Pombaline-style’, which is a form of painted, tin-glazed, ceramic tile-work.
Bernice joined Storey Club as an events host. She guarantees service delivery on the values we promise to our customer when using the space. She’s a whizz with our AV systems so is always on hand to give extra assistance when required as well as ensuring guests are suitably directed around Storey Club and have everything required for their meeting or event.
Mersini comes from the world of events operations with 11 years’ experience in hotels and corporate spaces. She joins the 100 Liverpool Street team to get the Storey Club up and running and welcoming in customers to this unique building.
Boyd has a background in hospitality management which has led to over nine amazing years working in the customer service industry (both in hotel and the corporate sector). His passion for delivering an exceptional 5-star service is what motivates him to go above and beyond customers' expectations. Boyd loves to travel and experiencing different cultures, food and meeting new people.
Anna is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers and colleagues, seeing each workday as one that brings new faces and interactions. With ten years customer service experience she has knack for knowing what you need, before you even do. In her spare time Anna can be caught singing a tune or two to herself and getting involved with charities whose causes are close to her heart.
Organisation is key for Shane, this shines through in his meticulous work ethic. His passion and commitment to each of his roles has got him to where he is today. Shane likes to push the boundaries on what he and his team can achieve when it comes to motivating and delivering success.
Neringa's energy and positivity is contagious and is what helps her to be such a great leader. She is able to adapt to change whilst ensuring the highest level of service is delivered. As busy mum of two, catching five minutes to herself is rare, but, when she does Neringa likes to read, research new countries for travel and immerse herself in new languages.
Working as booking coordinator to give our customers extra support with their meetings and events with our booking portal. Adrijana is key to creating the relaxed atmosphere that you have in Storey club so, giving our customers more time to focus on their meetings and task for the day at hand.
Even the smallest of gestures can go a long way in creating strong bonds with customers. Maciej has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and credits his bold and witty banter for getting him to where he is and helping to build the relationships he has. When not in the office Maciei enjoys staying active and challenging friends to a game of chess.
Natalia is extremely motivated, once she sets her mind to achieving a task she is focused on her delivery. Her uber-organisation skills are what help her carry out day-to-day tasks and requests from customers. As an active person Natalia enjoys challenging herself outside of work as well by keeping fit and healthy.
Violeta approaches every day with a fresh positive outlook, eager to meet the new faces coming through Storey Club doors. Naturally a people person, her ability to build meaningful relationships and go the extra mile for her customers has helped her get to where she is in her career. As an active person, Violeta is often on her feet, checking in on customers in Storey Club.
Harrison has quickly found his feet within Storey Club, enjoying the fast pace and problem solving that comes with the job. Whilst working he studies for his Diploma in Events Management, helping to progress his career.
Alex graduated with a masters in mechanical engineering at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi Romania. When he moved to the UK he had a career change when he discovered the world of Hospitality, the people that work within it as well as those you get to meet. Alex believes leading by example can help to motivate the team and create a nice and enjoyable work environment.
