Get in touch

For some businesses, a traditional office makes perfect sense. Your space is your space. You have complete control over every last detail. And you never have to share anything. But they’re designed for teams who work in a traditional way – at their desks all day every day, with lots of in-person meetings.

But there are many reasons why a Storey space might suit your team better.

Perhaps you want an HQ-worthy London office you can just walk into, without the cost, time or hassle of doing everything yourself? Perhaps your people don’t work in a traditional way or come into the office five days a week anymore? Or perhaps you want meeting rooms and breakout spaces you can use as and when you need them, without paying for them to sit empty?

Campus life

Every Storey is on or near a British Land campus, with everything you need within a short walk. A thoughtful mix of shops, bars and restaurants. Green spaces, traffic-free spaces. Places to be, things to do.

Each campus has its own character. Paddington Central, an urban oasis on the Grand Union Canal. Regent’s Place, at the heart of London’s Knowledge Quarter. And Broadgate, on the edge of The City and historic Spitalfields, and a stone’s throw from Shoreditch.

Whichever you choose, you’ll always be near one or more train, tube or Overground stations – and never more than a few stops from a major interchange or the Elizabeth Line.

Paddington Central

Paddington station. Canalside charm. Little Venice.

The secret is out. Once a hidden gem, Paddington Central is now firmly on the map – attracting big multinationals, from Visa and Virgin Media O2 to Microsoft, with it’s unrivalled transport connections. An urban oasis, where floating restaurants and charming houseboats meet ultramodern offices. Just round the corner from Little Venice, and a short walk or bike ride from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. British Land has spent years greening the whole area, including a large outdoor amphitheatre, living walls and giant planters. It’s easy to forget you’re in Zone 1, on the Elizabeth Line, with direct trains to Oxford, South Wales and the South West.

Regent’s Place

Knowledge Quarter. Life sciences. Where innovation begins.

Regent’s Place sits at the heart of the Knowledge Quarter – one of the world’s great knowledge clusters, where just a few streets are home to over 100 academic, scientific and cultural organisations. Our Regent’s Place campus offers London’s newest bespoke lab space. The campus is also home to one of London’s most popular bouldering walls, the celebrated New Diorama fringe theatre, and is just a stone’s throw from the West End’s best eating and drinking spots – and, of course, Regent’s Park.

Broadgate

The City. Parks and piazzas. Innovation.

Broadgate is a hothouse for all kinds of innovation, home to some of the UK’s most disruptive companies and start-ups. From Fin-tech to the worlds of media, law and the creative industries. You’re right in the heart of the City, steps from Liverpool Station. But you’re also surrounded by 10 acres of pedestrianised parks and piazzas full of shops, bars and restaurants – including the UK’s only Eataly and an Everyman Cinema. And of course you’re just over the road from historic Spitalfields, and a short walk or bike ride to Shoreditch.
